It seems like most of my life has been filled with nothing but challenges. Ever since I was a teenager, I always said that real love would never find me and that I would never get married. I just figured that I wasn’t good enough for that type of love and commitment. I just kind of drifted through life, looking for love in all of the wrong places, and lowering my expectations each time it didn’t work out. All of that changed 3 ½ years ago when I met Cameron. He has taught me that I am beautiful, intelligent, and very deserving of love. We have been through so many challenges together in these past three years, from the births of our sons to immediate moves to job losses, and yet we have overcome each obstacle that has been thrown in our path together. We have two very handsome, headstrong boys together and recently decided that it was time to take our relationship to the next level. One of our boys has some developmental challenges that take up a lot of time and money for therapies and other resources necessary to help him. Since I am a full time student-mom and Cameron is a temporary factory worker, our budget for a wedding is very tight. I have a very simple dream but I would love for Cameron to see his dream of a real wedding come true. I know that on our own that dream is not possible, but with this contest, anything could happen. So please help me make this dream come true for the best person that ever came into my life when I needed him the most.
