Vehicle fire snarls traffic on Providence Boulevard in Clarksville

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – A vehicle fire had Providence Boulevard shut down during part of rush hour Tuesday evening.

At about 6 p.m., an SUV was on fire near 703 Providence.

Officers at the scene said they weren’t aware of any major injuries.

Traffic was still backed up but moving again at about 6:15 p.m.
