Pop star Katy Perry was booed and heckled by the crowd at Milan Fashion Week in Italy when she stepped onto the catwalk to have her picture taken.

The “Roar” singer took to the runway ahead of the Moschino show on Thursday to pose for photographers, but her turn in the spotlight sparked a furious response from the crowd.

Video footage from the event shows audience members booing loudly and shouting at the star while she attempted to strike poses for the cameras.

She snapped back at the hecklers, “You’re all going to get your picture, so shut the (expletive) up.”

The booing continued after she left the stage and took her seat in the front row.

Reports suggest Perry’s frosty reception came after her late arrival delayed the start of the show by nearly an hour.
