Q108 Strike a Pose Rules


Beginning at 12 noon on December 1st, 2015 through 11:59PM on December 20th, 2015, you can attempt to win two tickets to see Madonna at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville on January 18th, valued at $109.50. The Strike a Pose contest is open to those who hold a valid article of state identification and are 18 years of age or older and those 18 or older with a valid Military I.D.

A listener must submit a photo of only one person striking a pose during the submission period, December 1st, 2015 at 12:00 noon to 11:59 pm on December 11th, 2015 by logging on to the website at Q108.com. Contestants may enter the Q Cuties contest online at Q108.com by creating a UPickEm account, completing a Registration Form and submitting to the site one photo. The photo must be fitting of the contest theme. The person in the picture must be 18 years of age or older. Photo submitted must be owned by the person submitting the entry. Q108 has the right to determine, in its absolute discretion, what content is appropriate for the website and to reject and/or delete any material submitted which is determined to be inappropriate. Any photographs submitted to Q108 will become the property of Q108 and may be used in the future in any manner Q108 sees fit. Only one photo entry per person. During the voting period, 12:00 am on Saturday, December 12th, 2015 up to 11:59 pm on Sunday, December 20th, 2015 listeners can vote once per day. Voting is limited to one vote per verified email address. If an entrant receives irregular votes from the same user or users, including but not limited to, votes generated by a robotic, programmed, script, macro, other automated means or other source, Q108 reserves the right to disqualify the entrant in its sole discretion. To participate in voting you must become a registered user through uPickem.

At the end of the contest, the picture with the most votes will be declared the winner on December 21st and receive the grand prize, two tickets to see Madonna in concert, valued at $109.50. Prize must be claimed no later than Monday January 18th at 5:00 pm. Complete Q108 contest rules apply and are available at Q108 dot com.

Q108 contests are open to those 18 or older have not won anything on Q108 in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

Employees of Q108, SAGA COMMUNICATIONS OF TUCKESSEE, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the Q108 main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.
