A Total Solar Eclipse will take place over Clarksville-Hopkinsville on Monday, August 21. The best spot to watch this once-in-a-lifetime event is at Beachaven Winery as we Blackout at Beachaven! CHECK-IN TIME:
VIP Check-in starts at: 9:30am | Regular Check-in starts at: 10:00am.
Have your reservation email from Eventbrite and your drivers license ready. Guests not checking in at the same time as the person on the reservation must provide the name on the reservation list to access the event.PLOT SPACES:Plot spaces will be pre-assigned. They are NOT first come first serve. Your plot reservation number is provided the morning of the event. All plots will be marked with spray paint.Items Allowed on Site:
Standard Plot Holders: You are allowed to bring a canopy, blankets, chairs, small table, coolers, etc. Whatever will fit inside your 15×15 space. Please leave all grills, outside alcohol, and pets at home.
VIP Plot Holders: You are allowed to bring blankets, chairs, small table, coolers, etc. Whatever will fit inside your 15×15 space. Please leave all grills, outside alcohol, and pets at home. You will have a 10×10 canopy tent provided at your space.
ITEMS PROVIDED BY EVENT:All plot holders (Standard and VIP) are provided with FOUR pair of ISO certified Eclipse Viewing Glasses.VIP Plot Holders: Your canopy will be set up at your reserved space. Your t-shirt, bottle of wine, and wine tasting pass will be available to pick up during registration.
 Items for Sale:
1) Commemorative T-shirts are available for purchase on site. T-shirts are $20.
2) Additional Eclipse Viewing glasses are available to purchase for $2.
3) Beachaven Winery will have additional commemorative bottles of Blackberry Blackout available for sale.
4) Food Vendors on Site: We will have four food vendors on site including Blazin Soul Food, Fox’s BBQ, Yada Yada Yada Deli, and Aguirre Mexican.
5)  Shopping vendors will be available on site all day. Everything from handmade items to unique commemorative pieces. See the full list of vendors here.PARKING

As with all large events, parking is a always a concern. Please be sure to enter the event with CAUTION as there will be many pedestrians. We will have parking available in several locations, so pay attention to the parking attendants and crossing guards. See the map below for details, but remember that all parking plans are subject to change based on the congestion of the roadways that day.
Handicap Parking:
LIMITED ACCESS Available in the lot across the street from the winery.
Drop off Zone:
Guests can drop off family members and supplies in the Unloading/Drop off Zone. This will be directly in front of the winery entrance, between the two driveways. Then proceed to parking.

Regular Parking:

We will fill the first parking area then move on to the second lot. Shuttles will be available to transport people back and forth. Please look for designated shuttle locations.
