Contest Rules

Beginning at 12 noon on April 12th, 2016 through 11:59 pm on Sunday, April 24th, 2016, listeners can attempt to win two tickets to the Shaky Knees Festival, May 13th through May 15th, in Atlanta, Georgia.  The retail value of the tickets is $430.00. The contest is open to those who hold a valid article of state identification and are 18 years of age or older and those 18 or older with a valid Military I.D.

To attempt to win, listeners must text the word ‘knees’ to 77000. Q108 is not responsible for the delivery or timeliness of any text entry. One entry per phone number. Q108 will pick a random winner from all entries on April 25th, 2016. No purchase necessary.  Prizes must be claimed no later than 30 days after the contest ends and can be picked up at 1640 Old Russellville Pike, Clarksville, TN 37043. Prizes are not transferrable or redeemable for cash.

Q108 contests are open to those 18 or older have not won anything on Q108 in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

Employees of Q108, 5 Star Radio Group, SAGA COMMUNICATIONS OF TUCKESSEE, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the Q108 main studio are not eligible to win any contest.  Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.
