CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Congressman Mark Green of Clarksville is settling into his role as chairman of the Homeland Security Committee.

This week, he joins Charlie Koon on Clarksville’s Conversation to talk about the reasons border security is important, and about his efforts to reach across the aisle and bridge the partisan divide in Congress.

“One of the greatest problems in this country is the divide in this country,” Green said. “I don’t want us to agree, I just want us to not hate each other while we disagree.”
