CLARKSVILLE, TN − Miss Clarksville 2024 Brittani Mays is partnering with local book vendor Bo Society & Books, to host a back-to-school virtual book drive. We are hoping to collect 1,000 new books for local Title 1 elementary schools. From now until Aug. 31, you can visit BoSociety.com to participate.

Nina, owner of Bo Society & Books, has curated a book collection based on CMCSS reading lists so that the books collected will meet local elementary school reading standards. Visit the link above and for a small donation of $10, you can provide a brand-new book to students in underfunded schools in our local area.

“I am so excited and honored to have the opportunity to give back to my community, especially the students of Clarksville who are the leaders of tomorrow. I hope that small initiatives like this can be a steppingstone towards bridging the gap between access and achievement,” Mays said.
