Clarksville Is One of the 25 FASTEST GROWING CITIES in the Country

Construction is everywhere. There are clear signs of city growth no matter what Clarksville neighborhood you find yourself in. New housing developments are going up everywhere, and new businesses are planting roots here. Downtown looks ENTIRELY different than it did just ten years ago.

Now Clarksville was just named as one of the Top 25 Fastest Growing Cities in the United States.

The company SmartAsset compiled a list of which U.S. cities grew in population the most over the past five years. Clarksville came in at #22 with a growth of over 15% from 2017-2022.

Clarksville was also named the top city in Tennessee in year-to-year population growth for two years in a row.

Bringing more money into the economy is always good news for any community as long as the infrastructure can keep up with the growth.

Montgomery County is a wonderful family-oriented city that seems to have caught the eye of many looking to build long-term roots. Expect Clarksville to sit near the top of more national lists to come!
