Clarksville Residents Say What Makes Them Feel Old

You’ve had that moment in your life where you realize you’re no longer the hip, youthful person you once were and it stinks. No one can brace you for the gut wrenching feeling it brings you, despite the constant warnings of “one day it will happen to you”.

For my dad it was not knowing a single musical act on the MTV Music Video Awards. For my mom it was when I was in line to get my yearbook photo taken my Freshman year in high school at orientation and someone addressed her as “Mrs. Kyle’s Mom”.

There were 2 instances with me. The first one where I should have known it was over was when my wife and I were in a candy shop and I dabbed in front of the cashier and you could actually hear the teenager cringe. The second was when I was watching a commercial for Kroger and Flo Rida’s “Low” was used to talk about their prices. I USE TO JAM THAT IN THE CLUB.

We took this question to our Facebook page and Clarksville residents are going through the same thing, and that makes me feel a little better. Leave your moment here: Facebook

Oscars preview: Producers tease ‘KPop Demon Hunters’ and ‘Sinners’ celebrations

The producers behind the 98th Academy Awards have set out to celebrate not just the hit song "Golden" from "KPop Demon Hunters", but the cultural phenomenon of the film itself.
