Dipping what in your pre-workout?

We have all been there. Waking up and EXHAUSTED!
What do you do? Turn on that coffee pot, chug an energy drink, maybe down some pre-workout…on your fruit…

The idea is you take a piece of fruit such as watermelon and dip it into your pre-workout.
Or you can be like this guy, dump it on, and shake it up?
