The Best LOCAL Burgers In Clarksville!

So yesterday I was talking about the new Buc-ee’s and Wawa’s that will be coming to Clarksville when I received a message on Facebook from a local cook, Janie.

Janie told me about her restaurant WEST FORK MARKET located off Tiny Town Rd. She grabbed my attention when she said they have THE BEST burgers in town. Not ok burgers. Not pretty good. THE BEST. Well you can’t tell me that and not expect me to come see if that is Fact Or Cap.

So after I wrapped up work for the day, I headed out to West Fork Market for lunch. Upon entering, I was greeted by Janie and her daughter Janna (who also works there) as if I had been going there for years.

First thing I should tell you about this review, this is MY PERSONAL OPINION. I encourage each of you to try it for yourself for final ratings, but I this is what I think.

Next, these patties are not your tiny little patties that will cook through the second it touches the grill. These a thick, juicy patties. Just look at those pictures. They are made to order and cooked to your desired doneness. (I prefer burgers Medium).

I then requested they stack it with cheese, bacon, pickles, lettuce, and add mustard, ketchup, and mayo.

Yall. It was delicious. Seasoned well and cooked to perfection. This burger sent me to flavor town where I high fived Guy Fieri before returning to my body. They paired that juicy burger with potato wedges, which I prefer over fries. These wedges were great. Crispy on the outside and fluffy deliciousness on the inside.

The other thing that made this meal, was the customer service. As I sat there savoring my lunch, I watched at least 4 people walk in to order. Janie not only knew each of them by name, but she also knew what was going on in their lives. It’s that kind of passion you tasted in each and every bite. Locally owned by Clay Lewis, I believe this should be on every burger lovers must visit list if you’re here in the area. I also hope that Clay understands the kind humans he has working for him day in and day out. Janie and Janna are treasures.
