Heading into the weekend with some pancakes!
As you wake up this weekend and roll out of bed the thought of pancakes rolls in. The Rock comes to the rescue by sharing his delicious pancake recipe.
When I think of a pancake recipe that The Rock eats, I think of a protein powder-infused cake but, this is not it. It has a tropical sense of banana and sweet coconut.
Check out the recipe:
2 cups all purpose flour
3 tsp baking powder
3 Tbsp cane sugar
1/2 tsp sea salt
10 Tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
2 medium bananas, diced small
2 eggs
1 cup coconut water
1 cup canned coconut milk
3/4 cup whole milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Extra virgin olive oil spray, for griddle
