WATCH: Haven Madison DUET with Katy Perry!!

You can only imagine how poignant this moment was for Clarksville’s Haven Madison. At the finale of American Idol, Haven took the stage, dramatically lit with lanterns, to sing the heartfelt song she wrote in honor of her brother, “Still Need You“.

Sharing the stage with Haven was Katy Perry. Sitting across from Haven, it looked like Karty was so moved by the song. It was a powerful moment. It was a moving moment. It was a beautiful moment.

Kudos to American Idol for allowing Haven to sing one of her own songs for the finale. They clearly see that Haven stands out as a songwriter and is pure magic when singing words that she wrote. This is only the beginning for Haven. We can’t wait to see where she goes from here and we are excited to go with her every step of the way!
