Wendy’s SPECIAL DEALS in Clarksville for Mercury Retrograde – Really

What do planets and hamburgers have in common? Absolutely nothing. Except for this week.

In case you hadn’t noticed, Mercury is in Retrograde until May 14th. Usually, the planet Mercury moves faster than the Earth around the sun but sometimes slows down to the point of almost appearing to go backward (Retrograde). What legend tells us is that when this happens communication becomes a challenge, technology fails, and you may face issues with travel, and really any other minor inconvenience that pops up. Whether there is any validity to this may be in the eye of the beholder. Or the believer.

But when a major hamburger corporation gets behind the phenomenon with deals, we’re all on board! Someone at Wendy’s headquarters must be into astronomy because they are having specials to help us in this “backward time”.

Here are the deals but you must use Wendy’s mobile app to get them.

  • Friday, April 21 — Sunday, April 23: BOGO $1 Premium Sandwich with any purchase
  • Monday, April 24 — Sunday, April 30: Free Crispy Chicken Sandwich with any purchase
  • Monday, May 1 — Sunday, May 7: Free 6-piece Crispy or Spicy Chicken Nuggets with any purchase
  • Monday, May 8 — Sunday, May 14: Free any size Hot & Crispy Fry with any purchase

We all feel a little better about this retrograde already. 🙂
